Melius is organized around teams. Every project belongs to a team, and every member of the team gets access according to their role.
Inviting members
From Team settings → Members, enter an email address and pick a role. Invited users get an email with a sign-up link. Once they accept, they appear in the team.
Roles
| Role | Can do |

owner | Everything, including billing and deleting the team. |
admin | Manage members, projects, and team settings. Cannot delete the team or change owner. |
member | Create and edit projects. Cannot manage other members or billing. |
Every team has exactly one owner. To transfer ownership, the current owner promotes another member.
Removing members
Owners and admins can remove members from Team settings → Members. Removed members lose access to all team projects immediately. Last modified on May 16, 2026
