Melius is organized around teams. Every project belongs to a team, and every member of the team gets access according to their role.

Inviting members

From Team settings → Members, enter an email address and pick a role. Invited users get an email with a sign-up link. Once they accept, they appear in the team.

Roles

RoleCan do
ownerEverything, including billing and deleting the team.
adminManage members, projects, and team settings. Cannot delete the team or change owner.
memberCreate and edit projects. Cannot manage other members or billing.
Every team has exactly one owner. To transfer ownership, the current owner promotes another member.

Removing members

Owners and admins can remove members from Team settings → Members. Removed members lose access to all team projects immediately.
