Managing your subscription
Everything below happens in Team settings → Plans & billing:- Upgrade or downgrade — pick a new plan; upgrades take effect immediately.
- Top up — buy additional credits when your balance runs low. Topped-up credits don’t expire. Enterprise contracts can include a discounted rate on top-ups, so the same amount buys more credits; when yours does, the billing page quotes it and View terms shows the rate.
- Cancel or reactivate — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle; you keep access and your remaining balance until then.
- Credit history — see every grant and spend in the ledger.
