The default model for image generation and editing is GPT Image 2.5 Sunburst, using High quality. Choose another model on the node or in your project defaults to override it.

GPT Image 2.5
Choose GPT Image 2.5 Sunburst or GPT Image 2.5 Flare on an image node to generate from a prompt or edit with up to 16 connected reference images. Use Quality to select Auto, Low, Medium, High, Extra high (xhigh), or Max for either model. High is the default for everyday production. Try Extra high or Max selectively for complex poses or hero images; higher settings increase detail and generation time. Auto lets the model choose the quality.
Both models support 1K, 2K, and 4K, with 2K selected by default. Available aspect ratios are 16:9, 4:3, 1:1, 3:4, and 9:16.
The credit price shown before generation is the amount charged per image. It is based on estimated token usage for the selected quality and resolution; additional references increase the price. Auto uses the Max quality quote because the model chooses its quality during generation. Resolutions above 2560 × 1440 are experimental.

Ideogram 4.5 precise edit
When you connect an image to an Ideogram 4.5 image node, turn on Precise edit in the toolbar to change only what your prompt asks for. Everything else in the image stays pixel for pixel the same, so you can keep editing the same image without it drifting. The result keeps the source image’s size, so aspect ratio and resolution are not used while it is on. Precise edit costs the same as a regular edit at the same quality.

Melius
Quiver
Choose Arrow 2 or Arrow 2 Telos to generate SVG artwork from a prompt and up to 14 reference images. Both support aspect-ratio selection and Low, Medium, High, or Extra high quality. Medium is the default; higher quality gives the model more reasoning effort.
For these two models, the credit amount shown before running is an estimate. Your final charge uses the input and output tokens reported by Quiver, including reference images, with Melius’s standard image markup. Telos costs 50% more per token. Longer prompts, more references, and more detailed output can increase the final charge. Team discounts and free-generation access still apply. The final charge must fit your available credits and member spending limit before the result is delivered.

- Low for lower-cost drafts.
- Medium for higher-quality output.
- Auto to mirror xAI’s current automatic choice: Low for image generation and Medium for image editing.
Quality and resolution both affect the generation’s credit cost. The run button shows the combined estimate before you generate.
