Vibe is a self-serve platform for buying ads on streaming TV. Connect your team’s Vibe account to Melius, then send any video from Assets straight into an advertiser’s creative library in Vibe, ready to add to a campaign.

Before you start

  • A Vibe account with at least one advertiser.
  • A team owner or admin on Melius to connect Vibe. Each Melius team connects one Vibe account.
  • Editors, admins, and owners can send videos once Vibe is connected. Viewers can’t.

Connect Vibe

You can start from Melius or from Vibe’s Marketplace. Either way, you approve access on Vibe’s consent screen.
1

Open Integrations

In Melius, open Settings and select Integrations.
2

Connect

On the Vibe card, click Connect. A Vibe window opens.
3

Approve access

Sign in to Vibe if asked, choose which advertisers Melius can send to, and approve. The window closes and the card shows who connected it.
Melius asks Vibe for three permissions: read your advertisers, read creatives, and upload creatives. It can’t create, change, or launch campaigns.

Send a video

1

Open the video's menu

In Assets, open the … menu on a video, right-click it, or open it full screen.
2

Choose Send to Vibe

Select Send to Vibe. Melius checks the video against Vibe’s requirements first. If it misses any, the dialog lists what to fix.
3

Pick an advertiser and name

Choose the Advertiser and edit Name in Vibe if you like (up to 150 characters).
4

Send

Click Send. You can close the dialog while it uploads; Melius lets you know when it’s done.
The video lands in the advertiser’s creative library in Vibe. Vibe reviews every new ad before it can run, usually within 30 minutes.

Video requirements

Vibe accepts videos that meet all of these: Melius fixes what it can as it sends. If a video is slightly off 16:9, like the 1344×768 some video models produce, Melius adds thin black bars to make it exactly 16:9. If the format, frame rate, bitrate, or file size is outside Vibe’s specs, Melius re-encodes the video to fit. Melius can’t fix a video that is far from 16:9 (such as vertical or square), smaller than 1280×720, or outside 5 to 90 seconds. The Send to Vibe dialog lists anything like this before you send.

Disconnect Vibe

Owners and admins can open Settings → Integrations and click Disconnect on the Vibe card. Members can no longer send videos to Vibe after you disconnect. To fully remove access, also remove Melius from the apps installed on your Vibe account.

Troubleshooting

Still stuck? Reach out to support with the video’s name and the time you sent it.
